- Remove door facing.
- Separate sockets of electroconducting of e/motors of a drive стеклоподъемника, adjustments of an external mirror and the central lock (at a corresponding complete set).
- Beat out upwards a hammer and выколоткой a pin of a stopper of a door.
- Remove rubber caps from axes of both loops of a door. Ask the assistant to take a door and beat out axes of loops towards a cap. For simplification of removal of axes of loops there is a special tool, for example, HAZET, № 1970.

Installation
|

- Establish a door and hammer axes of loops and insert from above a pin of a stopper of a door.
- If necessary adjust door position.
- Put on caps axes of loops.
- Will put into place the lock.
- Connect sockets of electroconducting of a door.

Adjustment
|
|
The door is necessary for regulating after removal or if it is badly closed. |
|
|
- Remove the door lock.
- Adjustment is carried out by change of position of loops.
- For backlash adjustment establish loops so that the backlash of a door concerning adjoining elements was identical width on all length.
- Adjust a door on a body contour: If in the closed condition a door in front not заподлицо with adjoining elements of a body, displace loops accordingly outside or inside. On the five-door car the back door can be established more deeply a forward door no more than on 1 mm.
- Will put the door lock.
- Ослабьте clamp fastening so that it could be displaced easy blows by a plastic hammer.
Clamp fixture
- Adjust a clamp. For this purpose close a door and adjust its position, then cautiously open a door and tighten screws of fastening of a clamp.
- Eliminate the damages of the paint and varnish covering which has arisen owing to moving of loops.
