Removal and installation of a forward wing

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove an overlay of a forward bumper (see Has undressed Removal and installation of an overlay and a bearing beam of bumpers). Beat out the core of a rivet (1) by means of a screw-driver and remove a rivet with локера a wheel arch. Fixture of a forward wing Remove the lateral index of turn (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). Fix a cowl in completely open position by a persistent bar. A cowl and loops protect from damage of their paint and varnish covering. Turn out bolts (2) of a wing, bolts (3) of rack A, and also bolts (4). Remove a wing from a body. Thus cut off a sharp knife hermetic or heat up its hair dryer.

Installation

At aerial installation on the left wing of models Combo drill an aperture according to the resulted scheme. Smooth out aperture edges, ground and paint over them. Drilling marking under the aerial Smooth out a basic element of a wing on a body and condense with its tape OPEL 90 350 106 (15 05 301) or any other sealing tape. Consolidation of a basic element of a wing Establish a wing and tighten bolts of its fastening. The distance between a cowl and a wing, and also distance from a back edge of a wing to a forward door should make 4 1 mm. Watch position of a wing concerning a headlight. The wing should act over a plane of a forward door on 0 2 mm. Put a protective wax covering on a wing inside. Fix локер a wheel arch. Establish the lateral index of turn (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). Establish an overlay of a forward bumper.
