Removal and cowl installation

For cowl removal the assistant is required.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Open and fix it in completely open position by a persistent bar. Disconnect a hose from the pump стеклоомывателя. For this purpose take out the pump from the tank. Detachment of a hose from the washer pump Mark position of bolts of fastening of a cowl on loops. Turn out bolts of fastening of a cowl to both loops and remove a cowl. Bolts of fastening of a cowl Establish a cowl and tighten fixing bolts according to earlier put labels. Put on a hose the pump стеклоомывателя and insert the pump into the tank.

Installation of a new cowl

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Screw a rubber emphasis (1) and paste демпфирующие rubber linings (2). Adjust height of a cowl concerning wings. Rubber emphasis (1) and linings (2) Expose a cowl in a horizontal plane without a hook, being guided by backlashes concerning a windscreen, wings and headlights. Establish a hook (4) with a spring (3) and rivet it. Installation of a hook (4) with a spring (3) Screw a carving support in gathering in a cowl and establish on distance х (from sheet of a cowl to edge of the top washer). Then, keeping a support a key, tighten a nut (2). Assemblage of a carving support of a cowl 1 — the Washer 2 — the Nut 3 — the Washer 4 — the Spring 5 — the Washer 6 — the Carving support x — 40 45 mm Fix a hose стеклоомывателя in the holder. The hose should not be pressed at the closed cowl.
