Removal and installation of glass of a forward door

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove facing of a door with a sealing film. Watch to tearing a film, otherwise it is required to replace it. Completely close a window. Mark position of screws of fastening directing glasses.

Models Corsa and Combo

Turn out screws of fastening directing glasses (arrow) and remove a rubber sealant Remove directing downwards. Screws of fastening directing glasses A — Combo B — Corsa Lower glass downwards, as is shown in an accompanying illustration. Directing glasses (1), ползуны стеклоподъемника (2) and bolts of its fastening directing (3) Turn out bolts of fastening directing (3) стеклоподъемника. On models from 09.1993 of release turn out screws of fastening directing and take out it with a rubber sealant. Take out ползуны стеклоподъемника (2) of directing glasses (1).

On model Tigra turn out fixture forward and back directing glasses. Pull out ползуны стеклоподъемника from a lobby directing. Fixture directing glasses

All models

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Incline a window forward and pull out upward from a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Insert a windowpane from above into window mine. Insert ползуны ножницеобразного стеклоподъемника into the directing. Attach directing on the established labels. If necessary, before a bolt tightening adjust window position. For this purpose use bolts and pull a window upwards and downwards. The window itself will rise into place after that screw up bolts. Insert back directing and screw up. Press on sealing rubber. Establish door facing. Establish electric стеклоподъемник. For this purpose close all doors and include ignition. Close windows the button. Keep the button pressed in position of the closed window not less than 2 seconds
