Removal and installation of the external handle of a door

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove door facing. Remove a protective film. Watch that the film thus has not torn. The torn film stick or replace. Turn out bolts of fastening back directing glasses and disconnect a rubber sealant. Screws of fastening directing glasses A — Combo B — Corsa Take out directing downwards. Give two nuts (arrow). Nuts of fastening of the handle (arrow), a bar of the lock (2) and скобы (1) Disconnect a bar (2) from the door lock. Disconnect the second bar (a drive of the cylinder of the lock). For this purpose turn a plastic clip and disconnect it from a bar. Take out a bar from a clip aperture. Press two скобы (1) by means of a screw-driver and remove the door handle. Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Insert the handle into a door. To a handle installation time in the position direct a bar (3) external handles to an intermediate plastic element. Скоба (1), a bar of the cylinder of the lock (2) and a bar of the handle of a door (1) Fix the handle two nuts. Connect a bar (2) cylinders of the lock and fix скобу (1) on draught. Insert the antijoy ride device switch (at a corresponding complete set) with скобой. Check up work of the handle and the uniform lock. Paste a protective film. If necessary apply a bilaterial film. Establish into place door facing.
