  1. Remove приводной a belt.
  2. Establish new приводной a belt.
  3. On petrol engines till 08.1994 вып. Wring out the generator mount from the engine. Fix a tension lath. On engines since 09.1994 вып. Tighten a tension bolt so that to reach a correct tension of a belt. Tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of the generator.
  4. On the diesel engine wring out the generator a tetrahedral key from the engine and fix a tension lath.

Engines 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 l with ГУР and К/В

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Remove an air cleaner with air lines and gauge MAF (the engine 1.6) (see the Head of the Power supply system, release and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Raise the engine by means of adaptation OPEL KM-263-V.

In the absence of the specified adaptation put on wooden linings on wings a corresponding pipe, pass through eyes of the engine a chain, connect it to a pipe and pull a chain.

  1. Turn a tension roller накидным a key in an hour hand direction so that apertures of the holder and a tension roller have coincided () In this position fix a tension roller a corresponding hook ().

The hook can be made independently () of a wire in diameter of 4 mm. The wire total length makes about 280 mm.

  1. Turn out bolts of fastening and disconnect the holder of the power unit from демпфирующей engine support.

  3. Remove приводной a belt.
  4. Put on new приводной a belt.
  5. Establish the holder of the power unit on the holder of pump GUR and compressor K/V and tighten fixture with effort of 60 Nanometers.
  6. Raise the power unit and tighten fixture of its holder to демпфирующей to a support with effort of 60 Nanometers.
  7. Fix the holder of draughts in front at the left and on the right at a cross-beam new bolts. Tighten bolts with effort of 50 Nanometers and then tighten on a corner 90 105 hailstones.
  8. If adaptation KM-263-V was established, remove it.
  9. On the engine of 1.6 l connect gauge MAF socket.

Engines of 1.0 and 1.2 l DOHC
