Check of adjustment of a pedal of coupling

Check

Coupling adjustment should be spent on models Corsa and Tigra without automatic adjustment. In process of deterioration of coupling the pedal moves upwards.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Measure and write down distance (A) from the bottom edge of a steering wheel to the centre of a pedal of coupling.

Thus a pedal of coupling do not press.

  1. Press a coupling pedal against the stop and again measure and write down distance (B) between the centre of a pedal and the bottom edge of a steering wheel.

  1. The difference between two measurements (In-) should make 135 145 mm. Otherwise it is necessary to adjust a coupling drive.

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove lock скобу from a carving bar.

  1. Adjust a course of a pedal by means of a carving element of a cable.
  2. Check up position of a pedal and if necessary adjust it again.
  3. Establish into place lock скобу.

After correctly spent adjustment of a pedal of coupling it always is located a little above a brake pedal. The parallel arrangement of pedals is incorrect.
