Check and adjustment of turns of idling and the maximum turns Models with the diesel engine till 08.1997 вып. (Every year).

The tachometre working by a principle of a photo cell is necessary for adjustment of turns of idling of the diesel engine. The photo diode of such tachometre reacts to light reflected from a white label. The number of turns is read out directly from the device. |

- Put a chalk on a forward fillet of a pulley of a cranked shaft a stroke in width of 1-2 sm or paste a strip of an aluminium foil of the same width.

- Start the engine and warm up it. After achievement of working temperature ОЖ be passed on the car of 5 more km to warm up impellent oil to temperature not less than +70 hailstones.
- Switch off all consumers of capacity.

Idling turns

- Check up a tachometre number of turns. It should be with a range 830 930 rpm.
- If necessary give a counternut on the lever of adjustment of turns on ТНВД and adjust number of turns of idling by the adjusting screw.

- Fix the adjusting screw.

The maximum turns
|
|
- Against the stop squeeze out a pedal of gas and check up number of turns a tachometre. Compare the received values to requirements of Adjustment and car routine maintenance.
- If necessary give a counternut of the lever of adjustment of the maximum turns on ТНВД and adjust the maximum turns the adjusting screw. Preliminary remove a protective cap from the adjusting screw.

- Fix the adjusting screw and put on it a new protective cap.
