Removal

The top section

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system, release and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases).
  2. Turn out fixing screws and remove the top section of a cover газораспределительного a belt.

The bottom section

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top section of a cover.
  2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the engine the bottom section of a cover (address to an illustration).

Back cover

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove газораспределительный a belt, it натяжитель and cogwheels of drive ГРМ (Sections Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and Removal and installation of cogwheels of drive ГРМ see).
  2. Liberate from clamps on a cover electroconducting of the gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP), - try to remember a route of its lining.
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a back cover from the engine.

Installation

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track correctness of a lining and reliability of fixing of electroconducting of gauge CKP. At installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft do not forget to replace a bolt of its fastening. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
