Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft Right (from outside drive ГРМ) an epiploon

- Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of cogwheels of drive ГРМ).
- Accurately drill or punch two apertures in a rigid face surface of an epiploon. Screw in apertures pair саморезов. Grasp flat-nose pliers heads of screws and accurately take an epiploon from a landing nest, - try not to damage the case of the oil pump.
Extraction of an old epiploon of a cranked shaft
- Smooth out contact surfaces of a landing nest and a shaft pin, carefully having removed from them an agnail and the tease, capable to lead to failure of a new epiploon.
- Grease sealing sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil and by means of cylindrical оправки in regular intervals запрессуйте an epiploon in a landing nest sponges inside and заподлицо with a case surface.
