Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover an inlet air line a cover of the case throttle заслонки (see the Head of the Power supply system, release and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases).
  2. Ослабьте fixing collars also disconnect hoses from a cover газораспределительного the mechanism.
  3. Turn out bolts of fastening of a cover. Uncover the case газораспределительного the mechanism. If the cover "has become attached" and does not give in to removal, do not hook its lever not to damage interfaced surfaces. Instead for clearing slightly обстучите a cover from sides a hammer with soft the brisk. The damaged sealing lining is subject to replacement.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before installation examine a cover from within on presence of adjournment of slags and other pollution. In case of need carefully clear a cover, having wiped its moistened in kerosene or other suitable solvent rags. Check up a condition of a filtering element of system of ventilation картера, in case of need wash out its same solvent. For convenience of access to a filtering element it can be removed from a cover, having turned out fixing bolts. Before installation dry wipe a cover pure rags.
  2. Make sure of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces of a cover and the case газораспределительного the mechanism. Lay a new sealing lining in a reception flute of a cover, having checked correctness of its placing concerning ledges. Accurately, supervising correctness of placing of a lining, press a cover to an interfaced surface of the case газораспределительного the mechanism.
  3. Screw fixing bolts and when due hereunder tighten bolts with demanded effort.

Order of a tightening of bolts fastening of cover ГРМ

  1. Restore initial connection of hoses.
