Assemblage of a head of cylinders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Without dependence from that, the head went to a workshop for carrying out of service of valves, or not, before to start its assemblage, once again carefully check up cleanliness of all components.
  2. After return of a head from a workshop in it valves with accompanying elements will be already established.
  3. On diesel engines grease cores of valves with liquid oil and fill them in the directing plugs. Establish saddles клапанных springs.
  4. On petrol engines establish saddles of springs. Grease an internal part new маслоотражательного a cap (3) impellent oil and put on with the help оправки (1) a valve core.

Thus do not damage working edges of a cap. Put on a cap easy pressing on directing (4) so that camber of a cap was included into a groove of the directing.

The cap cannot be pulled through a groove since the effect of consolidation in this case will be lost.

  1. On engines DOHC of 1.4 and 1.6 l grease an internal part of a cap with impellent oil and with the help оправки easy blows of a hammer pull against the stop.
