Replacement and adjustment of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки

Replacement

The cable of a drive throttle заслонки is very sensitive to excesses. Therefore at installation it is necessary to address with it cautiously. The small break can lead later to destruction of a cable during movement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Take out a cable of a drive throttle заслонки (1) with rubber consolidation (2) upwards from a support (3).

The stopper (4) cables of a drive throttle заслонки does not act in film.

The cable of a drive throttle заслонки is fixed on draught of a drive by means of a spherical support. Wring out from a spherical support lock скобу (5), incline it upwards and take out lock of a spherical support (address to an illustration).

Disconnect a screw-driver a spherical support from draught.

Not up to the end insert lock скобу into a spherical support.

Establish a spherical support. Completely insert lock скобу and bend it on a spherical support.

Insert a cable of a drive throttle заслонки with rubber consolidation.

Check up adjustment of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Ask the assistant to squeeze out a gas pedal completely.

Adjust a cable of a drive throttle заслонки by clamp shift on a support so that on the lever throttle заслонки position of full gas was reached.

Press a hand the lever of a drive throttle заслонки against the stop full gas. Thus люфт there should be no more than 1 mm.
