The system of release of the fulfilled gases of all considered models consists of three sections: reception, average (intermediate) and back. Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Collect a forward part of system of release, without tightening bolts. Apply necessarily new bolts, consolidations and демпфирующие rings. Interfaced surfaces preliminary should be cleared. It is recommended to grease all bolts with high-temperature greasing, for example, Liqui Moly LN-508-ASC that will facilitate the following dismantling of connections. Establish a reception pipe on a final collector with new consolidation and fix new bolts, without tightening them. On the diesel engine fix a reception pipe on the holder. Put on the basic muffler behind a reception pipe. Preliminary pull over a connecting pipe of the muffler a collar. On cars from 09.1996 of release the collar is welded on a pipe of the basic muffler. Suspend the basic muffler on the rubber holder. Before an inhaling of carving connections expose release system according to a contour of the bottom of the car so that the system did not test mechanical pressure. Watch that everywhere there was enough place between elements of system and a body and rubber holders have been in regular intervals loaded. Tighten bolts with demanded effort. Lower the car on the earth.
