Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path Engines 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 l
|
- Remove a plastic clip (1). For this purpose turn its screw-driver or a coin on a corner 90 hailstones. Incline an air inlet sleeve upward (2) and take out from the filter case
Components of an inlet air path
- Disconnect a hose of warm air (3) from a cover of a final collector.
- On engines of 1.2 and 1.4 l capacity of 45 and 60 h.p. accordingly disconnect an air hose (4) from the preliminary chamber (6). For this purpose ослабьте a collar (5).
- On engines of 1.0 and 1.2 l capacity of 55 and 65 h.p. accordingly separate gauge MAF socket. Disconnect an air hose from the preliminary chamber.
- On engines of 1.4 and 1.6 l capacity of 82 and 106 h.p. accordingly disconnect an air hose from an element throttle заслонки.
- Disconnect a vacuum hose (7) behind the preliminary chamber.
- Incline the air filter (8) upwards and after that take out it from the forward rubber holder (9).
- Take out the air filter from rubber holders at an amortisation rack and remove the filter.
- Installation is made upside-down.

- Disconnect the air hose going to an element throttle заслонки at gauge MAF.
- Separate gauge MAF socket

- Disconnect a sleeve of an air inlet from a forward cross-beam. For this purpose turn a clip a screw-driver or a coin on a corner 90 hailstones.
- Incline the air filter upwards and take out it from the forward rubber holder. Take out the filter from rubber holders at an amortisation rack and remove it together with gauge MAF.
- Installation is made upside-down.

The diesel engine
|
- Remove an air hose from an air inlet sleeve.
- Disconnect an inlet branch pipe from a forward cross-beam. For this purpose turn a clip on 90 hailstones. A screw-driver or a coin.
- Incline the air filter upwards and take out it from the forward rubber holder. Take out the filter from rubber holders at an amortisation rack and remove the filter.
- Installation is made upside-down.
