Removal and installation of the case of a throttle - petrol models
|
Remember that gasoline is extremely an inflammable liquid! At work with power supply system components observe all taken measures of fire safety. Do not smoke! Do not come nearer to a place of work with open fire or the redurable not protected by a lamp shade! Do not make system service in the premises equipped working on natural gas and heating devices equipped with a control torch (such as водогреи and dryers for clothes). Do not forget that gasoline is among cancerogenic substances, i.e., - the substances promoting development of a cancer! Try not to suppose fuel hit on open sites of a body, - use rubber protective gloves, at casual unforeseen contact to fuel carefully wash hands warm water with soap. Immediately collect the spilt fuel and do not put the rags impregnated with PETROLEUM PRODUCTS near to sources of open fire. Remember that the power supply system equipped with injection of fuel of models constantly is under pressure. Before to start a detachment of fuel lines, dump residual pressure in system. Components of assemblage of the case of a throttle
Removal
|
- Dump pressure of fuel in system.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Disconnect from the preliminary chamber a ventilation hose.
- Disconnect a vacuum hose behind the throttle case, at the preliminary chamber.
- Remove the preliminary chamber by means of a crosswise screw-driver and take aside an air hose (see Has undressed Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
- Mark with a tape all sockets of the case of a throttle and separate them.
- Mark with a tape топливопроводы and disconnect them from unions, if necessary cut off collars.

- Wring out a screw-driver приводную a bar from the lever throttle заслонки. Preliminary take out a lock pin.

- Give two nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle and two bolts of fastening of its top part.

- Remove the top part. Remove the rests of hermetic and clear interfaced surfaces.

Installation

- Establish the top part with a new lining.
- Grease a carving of bolts and nuts with stiffening hermetic, for example, OPEL-15 10 177.
- Tighten nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle with effort of 22 Nanometers and bolts of fastening of its top part with effort of 6 Nanometers.
- The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture of the preliminary chamber with effort of 4 Nanometers.
- Start the engine and check up unions on leaks.
