Check and the basic adjustment of the moment ignitions (engine C14NZ)

The basic adjustment of the moment of ignition is necessary only in that case when the distributor of ignition acted in film or the gear belt was replaced. For check the tachometre and a stroboscope are required.

  1. Warm up the engine to working temperature ОЖ and be passed on the car of 5 more km to reach temperatures of impellent oil not less than +80 hailstones.
  2. At a corresponding complete set switch off К/В.
  3. Switch off ignition.

Plugs of a diagnostic socket

  1. Establish a tachometre and a stroboscope according to their maintenance instructions. The tachometre, as a rule, is connected to plugs of 1 and 15 coils of ignition. The socket thus should remain attached.

The ignition moment is established correctly if the label on a pulley in relation to a label on the bottom cover of a gear belt seems motionless. Thus the ignition moment corresponds 10 hailstones. To ВМТ the Number of turns of a cranked shaft at check should make 700 1000 rpm.

  2. Temporarily increase number of turns of a cranked shaft to 2000 in mines, if necessary, repeat adjustment.
