- Turn out bolts of fastening and uncover heads of cylinders.
- Remove a gear belt from a camshaft cogwheel (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ).
- Remove a camshaft cogwheel (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера).
- Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a back cover of a gear belt.
- Give bolts of fastening and remove covers of bearings of a camshaft. Thus all bolts turn on in the sequence specified on an accompanying illustration at first on 1/2, and then on 1 turn and then turn out them completely. Remove covers of bearings.

- Remove a camshaft, in regular intervals having separated it from seats.
- Cautiously remove a camshaft epiploon.

- Attentively study a condition подшипниковых necks and camshaft cams. In case of revealing задиров or scratches replace a shaft. Check up also a condition of working surfaces of bearings of sliding in case support газораспределительного the mechanism. The damaged and worn out support can be replaced.
- Having laid a camshaft in prisms, define size of its radial palpation (on подшипниковым to necks) with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type. At an exit of results of measurements for limits of an admissible range (Specifications in the Head Engines see) the camshaft is subject to replacement.
- The camshaft epiploon is subject to obligatory replacement also.
- Estimate degree of deterioration and the general condition contacting to cams of a camshaft of working surfaces of levers of a drive of valves. In case of revealing of cracks, cavities, furrows and задиров it is necessary to replace levers.
- Check up a condition of a persistent plate of a camshaft, in case of need make replacement.

Installation
|
|
- Before camshaft installation all pistons establish on identical height. For this purpose turn a cranked shaft on 90 hailstones. Forward or back from the position corresponding ВМТ of the piston of the first cylinder.
- Grease sliding surfaces тарельчатых pushers with greasing MoS2.
- Grease all basic surfaces on distributive to a shaft and a head of cylinders with impellent oil.
- Establish into place a camshaft. Watch that the pin has been turned upwards.

- Grease interfaced surfaces of the first bearing of a camshaft (from outside a gear belt) on a head of cylinders with hermetic, for example, OPEL 15 03 294. Watch that hermetic has not got on cams.

- Establish to the place of a cover of bearings of a camshaft.
- Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings in stages in sequence, return specified in illustrations with effort of 15 Nanometers.

Thus the piston of the first cylinder should not be in position ВМТ, otherwise there is a danger of damage of a camshaft. |
- Establish with the help оправки a new epiploon, preliminary having greased with its impellent oil.
- Establish a camshaft cogwheel.
- Establish a cranked shaft in the position corresponding ВМТ of the piston of the first cylinder (the Section of Procedure of repair of diesel engines without their extraction from the car see).
- Establish a gear belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ).
- Check up клапанный a backlash (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance).
- Establish a cover of a head of cylinders with a new sealing lining, and tighten bolts of fastening with effort of 8 Nanometers.
