- Uncover cases GRM (see Has undressed Removal and cover installation газораспределительного the mechanism) and a cover of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a head of cylinders).
- At first give on a turn quarter, and then on one turn bolts of fastening of covers of bearings 2 and 8 inlet camshafts, and then covers of bearings 1 and 7 final camshafts then completely turn out bolts.

At removal of covers of bearings pay attention to a designation. Do not mix them at installation. |
- Then similarly turn out bolts of fastening of covers of bearings 4 and 6 and accordingly 3 and 5. In regular intervals take out camshafts from bearings.

|
|
- Attentively study a condition подшипниковых necks and camshaft cams. In case of revealing задиров or scratches replace a shaft. Check up also a condition of working surfaces of bearings of sliding in case support газораспределительного the mechanism, in case of revealing of defects not subject to elimination it is necessary to replace a head of cylinders.
- Serially stacking camshafts in prisms, with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type define size of their radial palpation (on подшипниковым to necks). At an exit of results of measurements for limits of an admissible range (Specifications in the Head Engines see) the camshaft is subject to replacement.

Installation Engines of 1.4 and 1.6 l
|
|
- Grease with a thin layer of greasing MoS2 rubbing surfaces of hydraulic pushers of valves.
- Grease sealing surfaces of external covers of bearings of camshafts (from outside a gear belt) on a head of cylinders with hermetic, for example, OPEL 15 04 201.
- Cautiously establish a camshaft.
- Tighten alternately cross-wise for some receptions bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of 2 and 4 inlet camshafts, and also covers of bearings of 7 and 9 final camshafts.

Marks of covers of bearings of camshafts should coincide with marks on a head of cylinders. |
- Similarly establish covers of bearings 1, 3 and 5, and also 6, 8 and 10.
- Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of camshafts on a spiral, as is shown in an accompanying illustration, with effort of 8 Nanometers.
Order of a tightening of covers of bearings of camshafts
- Establish epiploons of shaft by means of the corresponding tool. Preliminary grease a working edge of epiploons with pure impellent oil.
- Establish cogwheels of camshafts (see Has undressed Removal and installation of cogwheels cranked and camshafts and intermediate rollers (engines 1.4 and 1.6).
- Establish a gear belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ (engines 1.4 and 1.6).

Engines of 1.0 and 1.2 l
|
|
- At first alternately, in some approaches screw bolts of fastening of covers of bearings 4 and 6, then 3 and 4. Bolts do not tighten.
- Then similarly screw bolts of fastening of covers of bearings 2 and 8, then 1 and 7.
- Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of camshafts on a spiral from within outside with effort of 8 Nanometers.
