Thus watch that earlier established position of a shaft did not change. For deduction of a shaft from проворачивания block it. Remove the bottom cover of a gear belt. If it is supposed to use a gear belt repeatedly, mark on it with an arrow a direction of its movement (clockwise). Ослабьте a tension of a gear belt, for what ослабьте a fixing bolt of a tension roller. If necessary turn a tension roller a key-shestigrannikom for the clown in an hour hand direction. Installation and tension

Before installation check up, whether labels ВМТ (the Section of Procedure of repair of petrol engines DOHC without their extraction from the car see) on pulleys of camshafts, and also on a cogwheel of a cranked shaft coincide. Fix the gauge of position of a camshaft on a back cover of a gear belt two bolts, having tightened them with effort of 8 Nanometers. Preliminary grease a carving of bolts with hermetic.
