Removal and installation of the fan of a heater

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Remove обтекатель a windscreen.
  3. Remove the air filter of a heater.
  4. Turn out 4 screws of fastening (1) cases of the air filter of a heater and remove the case.

  1. Establish ventilating заслонку (1) on a control lever in a mode of fresh air.

  1. Unbend lock pads (2, 3) and remove the right top part of a casing of the fan (address to an illustration). Similarly remove the left top part of a casing of the fan.
  2. Insert a screw-driver into a lock spring of the e/motor of the fan and liberate it.

Removal of a lock spring of the e/motor of a heater

  1. Separate both sockets of the additional resistor and take out the e/motor.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check up ease of rotation крыльчатки the fan in the established condition.

If the fan works not on all high-speed modes the additional resistor is damaged, as a rule. In this case replace additional resistors in the complete set.

  1. Installation is made upside-down.
