- Remove coupling.
- Disconnect a plug of coupling from the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and take out the bearing.

- Take out the lever upwards from a coupling basket.
- Remove a coupling plug.
- Disconnect directing выжимного the bearing from картера РКПП.

- Check up a sealing ring in directing выжимного the bearing on pollution and damage, and, if necessary, replace it. For this purpose a screw-driver take out a sealing ring from directing выжимного the bearing.

Check
|
|
- Compress the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and simultaneously turn it. If the bearing publishes noise, replace it with the new.

The bearing has long-term greasing. To clear it and it is not necessary to grease anew. |
- Check up sliding surfaces on deterioration, corrosion and damages.

Installation
|
|
- Grease a new sealing ring between sealing edges greasing, for example, OPEL-19 48 524 (90 001 825).
- Запрессуйте a sealing ring on a press by means of special tool OPEL KM-445 or a short piece of a pipe of suitable diameter.
Installation of a sealing ring
- Insert a rubber sealing ring into a groove on картере РКПП, without greasing a ring.
- Establish directing выжимного the bearing on картере РКПП and fix it with effort of 5 Nanometers.
- Grease with a thin layer of greasing (for example, OPEL 19 48 524 or OPEL 90 001 825) sliding surfaces выжимного the bearing (the bearing of deenergizing of coupling) on directing plug. If necessary, remove burnt rests of greasing.

Do not put too much greasing that it has not got on frictional surfaces of coupling. |
- Establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling.
- Establish the bearing of deenergizing of coupling on directing plug and fix a coupling plug on the lever with effort of 35 Nanometers.
- Establish coupling.
