Replacement of brushes of the generator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the generator (see Has undressed Removal and generator installation).
  2. Transfer the generator on a pure workbench and lay a pulley downwards.
  3. Turn out fixing screws and remove a plastic cover.

  1. Disconnect electroconducting and turn out two screws of fastening щеточного knot.

  1. If brushes are worn out or damaged, replace щеточный knot.

  1. Smooth out and check up a condition of a working surface роторных rings, in case of revealing of signs of excessive deterioration or mechanical damages replace the generator in gathering.
  2. Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
  3. In summary establish the generator on the regular place (see Has undressed Removal and generator installation).
