Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove приводной a belt (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance). Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove the case of the air filter with an air inlet sleeve (see the Head of the Power supply system, release and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases). On the engine of 82 h.p. remove a branch pipe throttle заслонки. Disconnect from the generator all electroconducting. On the diesel engine separate the socket of the generator located on the right longitudinal beam of a frame. On the diesel engine turn out bolts of fastening and remove the holder of forward draught from a cross-section beam (Engines see the Head). On the diesel engine remove the vacuum pump (the Brake system see the Head). On engines with a V-shaped belt turn out bolts of fastening of the generator to натяжителю and to the bottom element of fastening. Generator fixture on engines with usual приводным a belt On engines DOHC with the strengthened V-shaped belt remove the right power shaft (Coupling and power shafts see the Head). On engines with the strengthened V-shaped belt turn out bolts of fastening of the generator to an arm (2) and to the bottom element of fastening (1) On engines DOHC with the strengthened V-shaped belt disconnect the generator from the additional holder. Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish the generator into place, by hand fix its fixture. Fix all electroconducting. Track that was the weight is connected. On the diesel engine establish the vacuum pump (the Brake system see the Head). On the diesel engine pass a tap carving apertures in the holder. Grease new bolts with fixing hermetic, for example, OPEL 90167347 (1510177) and insert in the holder. Tighten bolts for two receptions at first with effort of 50 Nanometers, and then tighten their corner 90 hailstones. Bolts of the holder On engines with the strengthened V-shaped belt establish the generator into place and tighten its fixture to the bottom holder with effort of 35 Nanometers, and fixture to the top holder - with effort of 20 Nanometers. Put on a V-shaped belt and pull it (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance). On engines with a V-shaped belt tighten the top and bottom fixture. The top and bottom fixture Establish into place a hose всасывания air and the air filter. On the engine of 82 h.p. establish a branch pipe throttle заслонки. On engines DOHC establish the right power shaft (Engines see the Head). Connect a negative wire to the storage battery.

Attach a wire only at the switched off ignition not to damage ECM.

Remove a V-shaped belt and put it on pulleys (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance). Turn out bolts of fastening and remove the generator. Generator fixture on engines of 1.0 l Establish the generator and tighten its fixture with effort of 40 Nanometers. Put on a V-shaped belt.
