PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check up reliability of fastening of electric connections of a chain of system of injection, special attention giving to a condition of plugs of grounding. Attentively examine all systems concerning functioning electric sockets. Infringement of quality of electric contacts involves set of problems and is at the bottom more than half of engine failures. Check up level of a charge of the battery. Accuracy of management of structure of an air-fuel mix to a great extent depends on serviceability of functioning ECM and the information gauges, defined, including, and level of pressure of their food. Check up a condition of a filtering element of an air cleaner (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance), - even partial infringement of passableness of the air filter makes essential impact on profitability of the expense of fuel and efficiency of return of the engine. If the safety lock of system of injection is beaten out, replace it, - if the new safety lock also fails at once, address to schemes of electric connections (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head) and check up a corresponding electric chain on presence of signs of short circuit on weight. Check up connecting air cleaner and the inlet pipeline an air sleeve on presence of signs of development of the leaks conducting to infringement of correctness of configuration of an air-fuel mix. Also check up a condition of the vacuum hoses connected to the inlet pipeline. Disconnect the air sleeve going from the case of a throttle and check up last on presence of traces нагарообразования and other adjournment (in particular on sites near to throttle заслонки). Muffle the engine, disunite electric sockets of injectors and measure electric resistance of each of them. Compare results of measurements to standard requirements, - demanded value makes 12 16 Ohm. Faulty injectors are subject to replacement.

It is necessary to charge performance of more detailed diagnostics of a condition of system to experts of the car-care centre, having all (expensive enough) equipment necessary for it.

Skilled motorists in the presence of certain knowledge and the corresponding equipment (including a tachometre and the calibrated gas analyzer) can check up the maintenance in the fulfilled gases монооксида carbon (WITH) and quantity of turns of idling. Nevertheless, if checked parametres demand carrying out of adjustments, it is necessary to charge their performance to experts of the car-care centre, having the expensive special diagnostic and adjusting equipment.
