Removal and installation РКПП Removal

To remove РКПП follows in that case when it is replaced or under repair, thus the engine can to be removed. It is not recommended to carry out repairs РКПП in house conditions. Further removal and installation of the power unit for this purpose is described only the special tool is required. |

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- By means of a screw-driver remove from a carving part of a cable of a drive of coupling lock скобу.
Lock скоба and a socket of e/conducting Д/В of lanterns of a backing
- Wring out back mount the lever of deenergizing of coupling and remove a coupling cable.
- Disconnect electroconducting Д/В of lanterns of a backing (address to an illustration).
- Disconnect a shaft of a tachometre (1). For this purpose turn out from РКПП the lock screw. Depending on execution the frequency gauge of run can be established. In this case it is necessary to separate a socket (2).

- Mark position of the left forward wheel in relation to its nave that the balanced wheel could be established in its former position. Turn out bolts of fastening of wheels at the car standing on the earth. Поддомкратьте car redock, establish it on props and remove forward wheels.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a collar of a rod of a gear change and remove a rod.

- Slightly raise the engine (the Part of Procedure of repair of petrol engines DOHC without their extraction from the car see).
- Remove the stabilizer of stability with the lever of a suspension bracket, a spherical support and draught, (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
- Disconnect power shafts from РКПП and tie up their wire so that they did not disturb (the Suspension bracket and a steering) see the Head.

At installation replace sealing rings of power shafts. |
- Remove the left forward support of the engine.
The left forward support of the engine
- Turn out bolts of fastening and remove back left support РКПП.
- Disconnect a cable of weight from a bearing cover.
- Lower a few car.
- Bring under РКПП a jack.
- Turn out bolts of fastening (1) and uncover a flywheel. Then turn out bolts of fastening (2), wring out РКПП from the engine and take out it downwards.

At removal do not damage a pin of a primary shaft, the hinge of the lever of a gear change, the lever of deenergizing of coupling, Д/В a lantern of a backing and a tachometre drive. |
Installation
|
|
- Before installation check up coupling (Coupling and power shafts See the Head).
- Check up a carving of apertures демпфирующей support on the left holder of a forward frame. If necessary, cautiously pass a carving tap М10х1.25.
- Raise РКПП and bring it to the engine.
- Screw bolts of fastening РКПП to the engine and tighten them alternately with effort of 75 Nanometers.
- The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture with demanded effort.
- Check up oil level in РКПП (Engines see the Head).
