The faulty hinge is subject to replacement.

- Remove a power shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of power shafts).
- Release bandage tapes and shift a protective cover from the damaged hinge.
- By means of a screw-driver or flat-nose pliers for removal of lock rings, unclench a lock ring of fastening of the hinge.

- Heavy hammer with soft brisk bring down the hinge from a shaft.
- Establish in a flute of the new hinge a new lock ring. Plant the hinge on a shaft to защелкивания a lock ring in a reception flute.
- Fill the hinge greasing of demanded type.
- The greasing rests squeeze out in a cover, pull it on the hinge and fix bandage tapes (the Section Replacement of protective covers of SHRUS see).
- Establish a shaft on the car (see Has undressed Removal and installation of power shafts).
