The faulty hinge is subject to replacement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For an estimation of a condition of internal hinges cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера. Pull the internal hinge upwards-downwards, then grasp it one hand, and the second try to rotate a shaft in both parties. PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a power shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of power shafts). Release bandage tapes and shift a protective cover from the damaged hinge. By means of a screw-driver or flat-nose pliers for removal of lock rings, unclench a lock ring of fastening of the hinge. Lock ring of fastening of the SHRUS Removal of a lock ring by means of special flat-nose pliers Heavy hammer with soft brisk bring down the hinge from a shaft. Establish in a flute of the new hinge a new lock ring. Plant the hinge on a shaft to защелкивания a lock ring in a reception flute. Fill the hinge greasing of demanded type.
